Jeanne Kinnard

Jeanne believes in the power and potential of individuals and organizations. During her 40-year career in senior living, Jeanne has been privileged to work with mission-driven organizations facilitating performance and growth. She has honed her skills with organizations in crisis and organizations well positioned to meet the next challenge. Her motto “Lead with Love” has served as both a guide and rallying call…encouraging leaders at all levels to find their inner servant leader.

Jeanne retired from a 30-year career with Life Care Services (LCS) where she served as regional Vice-President for Operations since 2006. LCS is a leading provider of senior living communities and services. In this capacity, Jeanne was responsible for overseeing the management of over 20 senior living communities in the Northeast, Mid- Atlantic, and Florida. Since 2019, Jeanne has served as interim CEO for communities in Ohio, Virginia, and New Jersey.

Working on behalf of not-for-profit sponsors and owners, Jeanne facilitated community business plans addressing day-to-day management, as well as troubled community turnarounds, strategic repositionings and new community start-ups.

A focus for Jeanne in recent years has been leadership development, both on the executive and board levels. Helping leaders grow and thrive as always been the sweet spot in Jeanne’s career. Today she is putting her insight, intuition, and extensive experience to work as a executive coach. Jeanne’s patient, approachable style, together with powerful listening and questioning skills, help leaders who want to improve their own performance and the performance of their organizations.
