Joan Lampe, CPA
Joan works with boards and leadership teams to cultivate the big ideas and develop business strategies aligned with missional impact. She equips individuals and teams with leading practices and tools to create disciplines that drive performance improvement and sustain long-term growth. She assists organizational stakeholders with building partnerships, project management, processes, systems, and risk management.
Joan’s client portfolio includes complex systems and multidimensional processes for identifying strategic operating priorities, margin improvement, and alignment with mission and culture. Her experience extends to structuring management agreements, affordable housing and affiliations in the not-for-profit sector.
Additionally, Joan has developed competencies in various areas of organizational development and design during her tenure at Aspire.
Joan’s experience includes officer positions in the not-for-profit senior living and health care sectors for a multi-site health care network and multi-site CCRC organizations. She has a comprehensive background in development, operations, and finance for senior living housing and related services. Her education is in finance and business experience was grounded with Deloitte LLP.
Joan is active as a civic volunteer for many organizations, including the Board of Directors for the Cameron Station Community Association in Alexandria, VA. She has served as a board member on both for-profit and not-for-profit boards during her career. She holds a practicing CPA license in the state of Virginia and a non-practicing license in the State of Ohio.
