Performance Coaching

Research shows that a middle manager can have more impact on an employee’s health than their own doctor. Leadership skills need to be developed at this level in order to have a positive impact now and to ensure a leadership pipeline in the future.

Performance Coaching is another way of saying Leadership Development Coaching. This type of coaching is reserved for entry to middle level leaders who would like to strengthen leadership skills, either for a current role or for future career purposes.

Aspire coaches partner with client(s) in developing a plan that will move them toward that individual’s determined goals and navigate obstacles they may encounter to ensure success. It is all about leveraging personal strengths, identifying blind spots, enhancing communication skills, and building confidence.

Performance Coaching is offered one-on-one or with a group (usually 4-6 individuals).
