We start each strategic plan from scratch and work together with members of your organization to co-create a plan that is unique and will never be able to become a “plug and play” type plan for another organization.
Our process is thorough but efficient. With our expertise, we uncover underlying issues that may have prevented past success in meeting a past plan or even caused a plan to remain in a binder on a shelf since its inception. We involve stakeholders inside and outside the organization to get a full picture of all that is happening and all that you want to happen in the future. Then we work with you to create and write that strategic plan so everyone is on board.
